There are four kinds of surface treatment for mechanical parts processing as follows:
1, cationic oxidation:
The oxide film containing metal cations coated on the surface of the workpiece, oxidized under appropriate conditions into a colored metal layer of a method. Metal cation oxidation process has electrolytic oxidation method, chemical oxidation method and plasma oxidation method.
2, electroplating:
With chemical or electrolytic method, in the metal or alloy surface plated with a layer of metal film process method. Electroplating is widely used in hardware processing, large amount of surface treatment technology. At present, plating products have been developed to more than thirty varieties, and many varieties have reached the global level, such as: nickel-plating, copper-plating, gold-plating and so on.
3, chemical polishing:
Under the action of abrasives, chemical solvents, etc., the surface of the workpiece undergoes chemical or electrochemical changes, so as to achieve the purpose of a process method.
4, sandblasting:
Mechanical methods to make the surface of the workpiece to produce fine sand-like roughness to enhance its surface friction characteristics of a process method.
