Bous Performance：Started in October 2017 as a manufacture and wholesale supplier, located in Riverside, CA. Bous Performance team members cater to our clientele with our new automotive products in brakes, steering,chassis and engine components along with excellent customer service with countless years in the automotive industry. We offer exceptional manufacturing and distribution opportunities with in the automotive industry. Fast forward to today we are looking to be one of the leading distributors for street rods, American muscle cars and components.

Transaction and after-sales

New Distributors: Must provide an automotive business license or Federal Tax state ld. All accounts will be due on receipt and all purchases will be paid in full before products are shipped. Bous Performance has the rights to change, cancel or close any account.

Open Credit: All applicates must past a credit background check by a third party that is affiliatesd with Bous Performance. During enrollment all orders are purchased with a credit cards before any products and shipped.

Insufficient Funds: Any NFS or ISF will be charged in full and any accumulated fees will be paid in full. This type of transaction will cause your account to be suspended until charges are at zero balance.

Shortages / Damages: To ensure all orders to be counted and shipped accurately Bous Performance unitizes a two-person count method. In rare occurrence of a shortages / damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving shipments and receiver must take photo of how products where received and sent to your representative to start a claim with our selected carriers.

Canceling an order:All orders must be canceled before shipping accrues, any orders shipped, shipping fees and return shipping fee be charged to your account or credit card all charges must be paid in full.

Returns:All returns are subjected to a 90-day return policy, any product returned after 90 days will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee. Any product missing or not in the original box will be not be refunded and returned at the buyer’s expense.

Warranty: All Bous Performance products are backed by a one-year limited liability warranty. Any product that has been modified in any way will void its warranty.
